USA HOCKEY REGISTRATION - MANDATORY for ALL players - LEARN MORE*
*USA Hockey requires all players to register online. The fee is $40 annually and you will need a credit card (only MasterCard or Visa is accepted). 1. Select "Players & Coaches" on the left and then Click "Register Now" on the right. 2. Check the box indicating you are 18 years of age or older then select "Ice Players/Coaches" as your registration type. 3. Follow the remaining instructions. 4. After you have paid and have completed your registration select "Confirmation: click here to open and print." 5. Submit the confirmation page to the hockey department at Panthers IceDen by giving it to your captain, printing the confirmation and turning it in at the rink, or you may email the PDF version directly to RandolphZ@floridapanthers.com.
